If I Place My Order Today, When Will I
Receive It? Orders on in stock items, placed before 2pm CST ship the same day. However, please allow up to 3 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship.
Although we maintain a significant inventory of popular items, we may have to order your item from the manufacturer. It typically takes 5-7 business days to receive the item from the manufacturer. When the item is received, we will process and ship your order the same day. If your item is ordered from the manufacturer, please allow approximately 14 business days to receive it.
After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. If you are unsure of which shipping method to select, click here for
complete Shipping Information. Ground shipping times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for 3 day shipping will take 3-5 days (including processing time) to get to you. If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer care to see if it's possible for us to deliver your order in time. (9am-5pm Mon-Fri CDT)
You can also track your order on our website. Click on the "My Account". From here you may check the status of an order, obtain tracking information, and view your shipping information. Then you will be able to see if your order has been sent to a warehouse for processing (picking) or, if your order has been shipped and carrier tracking numbers. Your e-mail address is only used to identify your account, to notify you about current promotions and specials, and to send out updates on your pending orders
How
Do I Receive My Order? All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). Carrier is our choice and it depends on the shipping method you select.
Where Will Seasonalimpact.com Ship My Order? We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping to a Post Office Box (PO Box) will limit your shipping options as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Can Seasonalimpact.com Ship to International or Overseas Locations?
Yes, we do ship to International locations. We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, US Military bases (US & Abroad), and Canada. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!
How
Do I Know Which Shipping Option To Select? We currently offer different shipping options: Free Shipping (For qualifying orders only - 6 to 10 days), Ground (3-7 days), Express (2-3 days) and Overnight (1-2 days). How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Shipping and handling rates are determined by:
- The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered.
(Most items are considered to be two pounds or more each.)
- The shipping method selected.
